Anyone Know Of A Good Web Site Language Translation Service?

It can’t be one of those free services. I need something I can use that will automatically change the text on a page to another language (chosen by each web site visitor for whatever language they speak). I’ve found a few translation services online, but they aren’t instant. Help?
